A double room has a queen double bed fitted with sheets and duvets, bedside tables with lamps, TV, and a full length mirror. Towels are provided. Additional heating facilities are provided during winter months including blankets, heaters and electric blankets. All double rooms are located within 5 metres of a bathroom.

Dorset Apartments City is located just 10 minutes walk from Dorset House, in a lovely 1920's character building on Peterborough St. They are open all year around. Peterborough St is 6 minutes walk from Cathedral Square, and is right in the heart of the city - close to shops, restaurants, and all that central Christchurch has to offer. Parking is included, but you are close enough to all the action to be able to leave your car at home.
We also offer furnished summer apartments at our St Albans property (Bishop St, just 5 minutes drive from the central city). With plenty of parking and very affordable rates, these apartments are ideal for those with their own vehicles who are looking for accommodation in a quiet, yet central street. Just 1.5 blocks away from Bealey Avenue, at the northern end of the central city.
With either one or two bedrooms and Queen-sized beds, all Dorset Apartments self-catered budget holiday accommodation sleeps either two or four adults. Extra beds can be provided for additional guests where possible. With a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, TV lounge and all linen and bath towels provided, each comfortable and centrally located budget apartment is fantastic for families or groups of friends.
Highly affordable - you can have your own space for just a few dollars more than a double room.
